Odwyn the Storyteller spins tales about Xeno’alis the immortal warrior. He is a chimera, part human, part elf, and part dragon. He goes on many adventures, seeking justice and often finding trouble. He battles giants, vampires, trolls, dwarves and elves, among other creatures. He fights in arenas, almost gets eaten, gets enslaved, imprisoned, and almost killed. He falls in love many times, with many different women over the ages. His travels take him all over the world, and he meets many different people. He acquires the blade Unicornedge and forges the sword Starfang.

Meanwhile, Odwyn is under attack. Assassins are after him, hired by a mysterious employer. He tries to live his life, but is under constant threat. They attack him wherever he goes. He trades in his staff for a spear, and fights many foes. The assassins are elite fighters and will not stop until he’s dead. He kills many of them, but they just won’t quit. The bounty on him is high, the end is nigh. Survival is not guaranteed. But, he must battle to keep body and soul together. Will he be able to fight to tell stories another day?
