Don’t get me wrong, I loved Supergirl and was glad I got to see it in theaters. I didn’t listen to haters (the dingleberrires) or professional critics (the parasites), I went to see it for myself with an open mind after reading the comic they mentioned in the marketing and was only a little bit disappointed that they weren’t more accurate to it regarding the villain. He could have run away to the brigands. But, anyway, I’m not sure if they know what they’re doing in DC Studios because why Clayface of all characters?
As far as I know they’re planning on Clayface for a theater release and not HBO Max.
He’s even less of a well known character than Supergirl.
He was in BTAS, and Creature Commandos, and of course the comics. But, I doubt most of the world knows about him.
I’m looking forward to a DC horror movie which’ll hopefully do the character justice.
But… No Batman or Wonder Woman or any of the other major heroes or villains is weird.
Supergirl sadly didn’t do well.
So I’m hoping Clayface does.
But I don’t know.
I’m hoping the Batman part 2 does great, I loved part 1.
But, that’s not DCU.
With the Paramount merger with HBO happening DC Studios needs wins to look good.
Supergirl’s box office, sadly, despite it actually being a good movie, didn’t do well.
Which goes to show that box office doesn’t determine if a movie is good or bad. Look at Minecraft, that was horrible and had nothing to do with the story of the game. But, I digress.
I hate saying this, but I’m not sure if I agree with the direction DC Studios is taking the DCU.
Without any major characters to bring in audiences I don’t think they will do well.
Superman was a good start. Supergirl sadly was bashed too much by the dingleberrires and the parasites and people judging it based on other people’s opinions instead of watching it. Like, you are allowed to not like a movie, but so many dingleberrires just hated without even watching.
I don’t watch romance movies because I watched enough to know what they’re like and most of them I wouldn’t like. But, I thought Supergirl was worth checking out because it’s a Superhero movie, a genre I like. I tend to go for movies with lots of action. Like Princess Bride… Which is also a romance, lol.
I’ve seen the kind of posts the haters made mocking Milly and bashing the movie before it was even out or much was known about it. It wasn’t just Snyderbots. It’s was misogynistic creeps.
Y’all suck worse than the black hole at the center of the galaxy and I feel sorry for every woman who has to be associated with you, especially your mothers, wives, girlfriends, and daughters. Shame on all of you. You’re why women choose the bear, and I don’t blame them. But, again, I digress.
I’m wondering what the future holds for the DCU. Clayface just doesn’t seem like the next best step for a movie universe which hasn’t even gotten started yet and hasn’t done well at all theaters.
